Arrival times are strictly after 14h00 in the afternoon and departure times are 11h00 in the morning.  Late check-outs and early check-ins by arrangement only.  In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• 2 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of the booking fee
• Less than 2 weeks notice – guests will be charged the full booking fee

Bookings with less than one week notice will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
