Our Executive Chef Chris Tustian hails from the United Kingdom, and has trained under a number of master Michelin Star chefs. Tustian cooked in France for more than two years, where he gained valuable experience and a deep passion for fine cuisine. Tustian can often be seen tending to his pristine herb gardens in the main courtyard, where he gathers fragrant herbs to enhance his masterful dinner creations.

Budmarsh offers its guests a choice of two dining areas - the Yellowwood Tree dining room, ideal for smaller gatherings, and the Oak Tree dining room, a larger area big enough for up to 80 guests, and with space for dancing or other entertainment.

The Budmarsh Cellar
Our Platinum-rated cellar is stocked with an impressive selection of fine wines and ports, including a variety of special vintage. The cellar can also be used for private functions, and can seat up to eight people.
